Recogniseable
From Space
From 400 kilometres above Earth, the western edge of Australia glows turquoise against the red continent.
The World’s Purest Marine Environment
Shark Bay is one of only 21 places on the planet to satisfy all four criteria for UNESCO World Heritage natural values. A place so exceptional, it's visible from space.
4,800 km² of
Living Ocean
Shark Bay holds the world's largest and most diverse seagrass beds, an underwater meadow so vast it rivals entire nations in scale.
Uniquely
Pristine Waters
Waters here reach salinities almost twice that of the open ocean, creating a naturally purified environment where only the most resilient species thrive.
In Shallow Sandbars Our Vongole Grow
It is here, in these perfect conditions, across sun-warmed sandbars shimmering beneath crystal-clear shallows, that our vongole grow.
Hand-collected and Expertly Graded
Our harvesters wade the tidal flats at dawn, raking through sand warmed by the Western Australian sun. Each clam is selected by hand for size and quality. Slow, deliberate and respectful of the environment that sustains it.
